The last year's general elections are gone and the elected leaders are now throwing all their energies into delivering what they promised to Kenyans during the campaigns.

However, the Kajiado Governor Hon. Joseph Ole Lenku and some other leaders are yet to peacefully settle in office after a petition was filed in the court challenging their win in the last year's general elections.

According to news shared by a dependable source, ODM Governor Joseph Ole Lenku is in hot soup after the Kajiado High Court ordered a recount of votes cast in 16 Polling Stations. The case today took a new twist after it emerged that elections in those 16 polling stations were allegedly marred with malpractices as alleged by his petitioners.

Hon. Katoo Ole Metito, the current Statehouse Controller is said to be the main petitioner against Lenku's win. Katoo who raised the UDA flag in the Kajiado gubernatorial election narrowingly lost the top County seat to Lenku after he garnered 111,725 against Lenku who got 117, 600. The former Kajiado Gover nor Joseph Nkedienye of Jubilee came 3rd with 75,337 votes.

However, the truth behind Lenku's win will be revealed upon the 16 polling stations' votes scrutinization.
