Deputy President William Ruto has broken his silence on the current high prices of petroleum products in the country.
"There is a cartel of corrupt individuals in the Ministry of petroleum, which is responsible for the current high prices of petroleum products in Kenya than Uganda yet Uganda gets her oil via Kenya. Which explanation will they (Ministry of petroleum) give us? Ruto posed.
" The people in the Ministry of petroleum have questions to answer, and the cartel in that ministry must be dismantled for the prices of petroleum products to come down " fumed the DP.
Ruto was speaking at his Karen residence on Monday where he hosted a delegation of his supporters from Murang'a.
