Just days after meeting with the Orange Democratic Movement party leader Hon Raila Amolo Odinga, the Mount Kenya Foundation has arranged for a meeting with the One Kenya Alliance leaders. The One Kenya Alliance comprises of Amani National Congress party leader Hon Musalia Mudavadi, Wiper Democratic Movement party leader Hon Kalonzo Musyoka, Ford Kenya party leader Hon Moses Wetangula and KANU party leader Hon Gideon Moi.
But it has been revealed that the group of tycoons will not meet Deputy President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto. The One Kenya Alliance leaders have been invited for a luncheon on Thursday.
As reported by K24 TV, the luncheon comes after an earlier postponement of a similar meeting that was slated for Friday October 1, 2021. The group encompasses several rich businessmen from the Central Kenya region who are doing well in the corporate world.
It is led by former Equity Bank chairman Peter Munga, former Kenya Revenue Authority Commissioner General Michael Waweru and former Kenya Airports Authority chairman George Muhoho among other notable names.
"The group will however not meet Deputy President William Ruto." Tweeted by K24 TV
