James Orengo, Current Governor of Siaya County, has for once sited with President William Ruto. After witnessing the swearing in the Six rejected Judges, Orengo took to his verified Twitter handle to praise the move as he congratulates the judges.
President Dr William Ruto today witnessed the swearing in the Six Court of Appeal Judges previously rejected by The Former president Uhuru Kenyatta over what was termed as integrity issues.
However Orengo took to his verified Twitter account to congratulate and praise the Appointment of the rejected Judges claiming that an independent judiciary is paramount.
"There was no justification at all to frustrate the appointment of the judges of the Court of Appeal, some of the best judicial brains. Kudos to Muchelule , Korir, Ngugi, Makori & Omange. And Maraga was there to witness it all. An independent judiciary is paramount." Siaya County Governor said.
James Orengo has been the biggest rivalry of President William Ruto and he was even the lead senior counsel leading the team challenging the Elections of William Ruto as the fifth president of Kenya. Him and other Azimio stakeholders even went ahead to disagree with the judgement of the supreme court that ununimoisly upheld the Presidency of Dr William Ruto.
