The Nairobi county government is being urged once more by Honey Farsafi to protect the residents of Korogocho's slums from the health concerns posed by leaky sewage.
When the worried woman first contacted Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja, he allegedly listened to her, but nothing was done. She claims that the leakage got worse after the governor promised to correct it once more on Thursday, December 1.
However, he has not yet followed through. A Nairobi resident accused Nairobi County Governor Johnson Sakaja of failing to address drainage issues in the Korogocho slums that were seeping into people's homes.
