The last parliamentary seating in 2021 had a lot of chaos and basically the meeting did not end well since several members of parliament who were constantly disagreeing stood up and started throwing insults at each other.
Some the likes of Kipipiri member of parliament Mr. Amos Kimunya went to an extent of throwing water bottles at each other leaving minor bruises. Apparently, the meeting was suspended to January 5th Wednesday and today they assembled hoping for a better solution.
As reported by Kenyans.co.ke, members of parliament opposed political parties amendment bill which had been forwarded by Amos Kimunya. The members roughed up the majority leader and in a few minutes Mr. Amos Kimunya was on the floor. The altercation got so bad and he was beaten badly by colleagues. This prompted the session speaker Jessica Mbalu to immediately order bouncers to surround and protect Kimunya who was now being defeated by his colleagues.
