President William Samoei Ruto made an impromptu visit to Parliament on Wednesday, October 5 after a meeting at the KICC.
The United Democratic Alliance UDA party leader was spotted in a queue with the Members Of Parliament MPs during lunchtime. This has brought some reactions from different leaders and Kenyans.
One of the leaders who have reacted is the youngest UDA elected women representative from Bomet county, Hon Linet Chepkorir well known as 'Toto'.
The women's rep has taken into her official Twitter account platform and commented on President Ruto's act. She has said that the president is indeed a great leader due to his humility.
"Humility is the mark of great leaders. The best and the greatest president Dr William Ruto," she wrote on her official Twitter account platform.
"A man of the people. President Dr William Samoei Ruto," one of the Twitter account holders seconded the women's rep.
