Opposition chief Raila Odinga elder brother Oburu Odinga breaks silence as he speaks shortly after receiving president William Ruto in Siaya county for the first time after the highly contested August general election in the last election between president William Ruto and his competitor Raila Odinga.
President Ruto was in Siaya county where he launched several development projects in the county before attending the Thanksgiving ceremony of ICT cabinet secretary Eliud Owalo in Asembo, Rarieda constituency in Siaya county.
Speaking shortly after receiving the president in the region, the brother to the position chief Raila Odinga said "I welcome @WilliamsRuto to Siaya county. The land of endless opportunity and growth. KARIBU," Oburu Odinga posted.
This is the first visit by President William Ruto since taking over as the head of state and government from the former head of state and government president Uhuru Kenyatta in the last general election sin the country.
