Garissa town member of parliament honourable Aden Duale was on the headlines for some reason this week. This was after he was captured remaining silent when the president passed by as he was critisizing his speech during state of the nation address.
According to Duale, he didn't shy away from speaking his mind. While speaking live on KTN News, he made it clear that the reason why he went silent and turned back is because the he noticed that the camera man had turned the camera away from him.
That when he noticed that the camera had turned, he had to also be silent and turn also to see who the camera was concentrating on. He also made it clear that he has been in parliament for a good time now and he is bold enough. That if he sees anything wrong anywhere, he will positively criticise it without fear.
