William Ruto Releases A New Song Capturing A Term That Has Been Banned By NCIC

The country's second in command has released a new song dubbed hatupangwingwi as a political tool to hoodwink electorates to buy his Hustler narrative politics. Deputy president release of the remix comes at a time when the National Cohesion and Integration Commission(NCIC) has listed the word as hate speech. Others listed that are likely to propagate hate speech among the voters include; Fumigation,Madoadoa Mende and Operation Linda Kura.

The new remix captures the UDA leader stating confidently that the Kenya Kwanza faction speaks for themselves. A host of leaders associated to the Hustler chief haven't been left behind as they were quick to post the music video just a few moments after it was released in their social platforms.

William Ruto's new remix has set a new stage for battle with NCIC that has for a long time been taken for granted due to its inability to bring to book the culprits who have continually employed terms which are likely to cause tension in the Country's politics.
