Narrating the incident,the Mp revealed that On the material day,He was from the Kisii High Court,then two donkeys suddenly emerged from the bushes chasing each other as they crossed the road and the driver could not evade them but he ended hitting one which died on the spot and the car rolled several times.

The Mp was seated at the back seat reading a novel,when the accident was happening.The Car hit a tree Trunk, which crashed the back seat window,before hitting his face ,and broke his lower jaw.

The lawyer was rescued by his junior advocates who rushed him to nearby hospital.
