The number of days left to the next general elections are almost elapsing as we are having less than a year to the actual date.
The political bigwigs are trying to unit forming coalitions ahead of the polls.
Deputy Ruto was elected together with President Kenyatta. The two were very close during their first term in the office and party of their second term. But immediately Odinga and Kenyatta shook hands formally known 'handshake', the Deputy and his boss were never seen close as it was before.
Odinga who has lost four presidential elections, is now very old in politics and age wise. This might attract Kenyatta to support him knowing very well that after he would have served for one term, he would not vie again for presidency due to his old age. And this is the time the Mount Kenya regions will find an opportunity of leading the country again being that they are going to provide Odinga with his running mate from the region.
It seems Kenyatta and his people of Mount Kenya regions have already schemed for the 2027 elections that's why they are for Raila.
