Latest news being reported is that Raila Odinga's key ally who is a first term ODM Member of Parliament has been arrested by Police officers in Kisumu City. The vocal MP has been at the forefront of campaigning for Raila Odinga and is usually hosted in various TV stations for political discussions.

His arrest comes amid Raila Odinga's campaign meeting in Nyamira County where the ODM Party leader met grassroot leaders. He was accompanied by Interior CS, Dr. Fred Matiangi, Health CS, Mutahi Kagwe and Defence CS, Eugene Wamalwa.
According to Citizen TV, Kisumu Central MP, Fred Ouda has already been grilled by police officers over alleged incitement and damage of property after two groups clashed at posh Kisumu estate, Milimani.
