Orange Democratic Movement, ODM leaders from Uasin Gishu county have today resolved to work together ahead of Raila Odinga's visit next week for the lauch of Azimio La Umoja. The leaders while talking to Nation Digital, agreed to put aside their political differences over who is the ODM Chairman in the Deputy President William Ruto's perceived stronghold with the Chairman acknowledging Raila's supremacy in the region.
During today's meeting that brought all the ODM delegates from Uasin Gishu County, the leaders recognized Raila Odinga as the ODM leader and agreed to work with the current chairman to help Raila Odinga win 2022.
“We are behind Handshake and we support and were are with Raila Odinga in his journey to the State House." The said promising to rally the region a head of the launch of Azimio La Umoja.
This launch comes after Raila Odinga was in Garissa where the region agreed with one voice to support Raila win 2022. The first launch of Azimio La Umoja was in Homabay County and aims uniting all the counties together a head of 2022 election. A major rally will be held in Bomas of Kenya the day Raila is set to make a major announcement whether he will be on the ballot in 2022 or he will declare one of the OKA principals “tosha"
