Deputy President William Ruto's longtime confidant and the former State House Digital Strategist Dennis Itumbi has revealed Jubilee's secret plans to Kiambaa Constituency and Muguga ward hustlers ahead of 15th July By-election.
Itumbi informed that the ruling Jubilee party is set to for massive food distribution to the Kiambaa and Muguga locals as a hatched Jubilee strategy of drumming campaigns for the two Jubilee candidates Hon Kariri Njama and Hon Githinji in Kiambaa and Muguga respectively.
The former State House employee revealed that the Jubilee bag will include 2kg of Sugar, Unga Maize Flour, Unga Wheat Flour, 2kg of Cooking Oil and a white envelope with ksh500 stashed inside.
He stated that the Uhuru's handlers for Kiambaa and Muguga mini polls targets to reach out to about 8,000 people and urge them to vote for Jubilee Candidates in the upcoming by-election.
The by-elections were slated next week on Thursday by the IRBC through a Gazette Notice No. 400 dated 23rd April 2021. This was after announcing the two seats (Kiambaa Parliamentary seat and Muguga MCA seat) vacants following the untimely death of Paul Koinange (Kiambaa MP) and Eliud Ngugi Ngige (Muguga MCA)
