The head of state both Raila and Mudavadi introduced him to the parliament chamber before he was later appointed to the Cabinet Minister slot.

"I first served as a Nominated MP introduced into this chamber by the Honorable Raila Odinga and Honorable Musalia Mudavadi and later as a Cabinet Minister,” said the head of state.
