Few moments ago, the Azimio La Umoja presidential candidate,Hon.Raila issued a presser at the Kenya International Conference Center (KICC). He responded to the presidential results released by the Electoral commission in the evening of yesterday.
The leader, who was flanked by his running mate and Wiper party Leader, lead other followers to dismiss the results saying the chairman acted unilaterally and did not involve other commissioners in the processing of the results.
He arrived at the venue just minutes after the four commissioners who walked out on their chairman yesterday issued a presser at Serena Hotel. Among some of the issues they cited were deliberate failure by the chairman to display the results to the public and the inaccuracy in the total talky which they say exceeded the maximum by 0.01%.
On his part ,mr.odinga thanked the four commissioners. "I also wish to thank the four commissioners for brave act of patriotism " he said
He also thanked his supporters for remaining calm and exercising restraint.
"We will pursue the courts to invalidate the results". He also said when he revealed that he will be going to court.
