The deputy President William Ruto is clear once Kenya Kwanza wins the elections, Matiangi and all Cabinet Secretaries who have failed in their jobs will face the law. Ruto is clear that Matiangi's job is fattening and playing campaigns as opposed to helping the people of Kenya deal with security issues more so in Northern Kenya.
