The former Agriculture cabinet secretary dismissed David Murathe's claims that he had joined Raila's Azimio La Umoja stating that their friends are already known.
Kiunjuri stated that they are still working on their party to ensure it is strong before finally engaging Ruto's United Democratic Alliance party for negotiations over the forthcoming general elections.
Kiunjuri however stated that should the expected talks between him and Ruto's camp fail then they will go independently to the ballot with aspirants in all the elective seats including the presidential seat.
Kiunjuri's sudden change of mind comes after Ruto also changed his stand on forming Coalition with smaller parties, his comments comes barely days after Amani National Congress party and Ford Kenya joined Ruto's camp.
