However, the head of state has been receiving several setbacks from his administration.KEMSA scandal tarnished the image of the ministry to be more corrupt. There is more trouble in Uhuru's camp. As reported by Citizen Television, reports from the Thwake dam are wanting. According to the sources, the editor has declared that the dam will be unsafe for human consumption. In her report, the dam will be getting its water from the Athi River and the River usually receive its water from the Nairobi River.
This disheartening message from the editor, alleges that there is a looming scandal. The dam has already used more than 42.36B which almost half the total cost of 82B
