According to news hitting the air waves just now, Nakuru Town West Parliamentarian Samuel Arama has jailed for six months after being found guilty of fraud, he was however given an alternative of a Sh1.5mn fine.
Arama is not new to Contraversy as he was also accused of beating up a lady in Nakuru over her inheritance several months ago.
The famous parliamentarian is seeking re-election through the famous Jubilee party that is now a part of Azimio alliance.
Just a few days ago, The parliamentarian accompanied Raila Odinga and his team during his rally in Nakuru.
Lately, the EACC asked kenyans to avoid electing leaders who have a tainted history.
On the other hand, a number of politicians have been kicked out of the August 2022 general elections after they were reportedly involved in corruption related activities in the country.
Amongst them is Mike Sonko, and his Kiambu counterpart Karungo wa Thang'wa who both have pending court cases.
