Former President Uhuru Kenyatta has finally broken his silence after peace delegates from Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), stormed out of his conflict resolution meeting in Nairobi leading him to cancel and postpone the meeting which has resumed again today.
Speaking to the members of the press conference as quoted by Citizen television today, Uhuru revealed that the Congo delegates stormed out of his meeting yesterday due to unfulfilled promise by the East African Conflict Resolution Secretariat.
Which failed to appear in the meeting on time and sort out the delegates grievances such as paying for their accommodation allowances and other things. That is why he got angered with the secretariat yesterday and called off the meeting but today it has resumed after the secretariat showed commitment and resolved yesterday's issues.
