"Haiwezekani Raila Akuwe Nje ya Serikali" Mpuru Aburu Says Ahead of Meeting with Raila (VIDEO)

Tigania East MP elect Mpuru Aburu has claimed that Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition Party leader Raila Odinga should be in the next government despite losing the presidential race to UDA's William Ruto in the 2022 election.

Speaking ahead of an Azimio leaders meeting today, Mpuru Aburu said that the meeting was called so that the Azimio outfit could decide on the way forward.

Mpuru said that he was pleased that the Azimio leader Raila Odinga yesterday asked Kenyans to remain peaceful during his address to the nation.

Aburu said that he does not like when the citizens are involved in chaos because it only results in losses. Aburu said that Kenya must remain peaceful despite the Azimio wing's dissatisfaction with the results.

"Mimi nikiwa kiongozi, sitaki vita (As a leader, I don't want chaos)," Aburu said.

He claimed that their was massive vote rigging across the country. He claimed that their was no way the Presidential candidates got garner more votes than other seats in a single Constituency.

He claimed that Raila Odinga cannot be out of government because of the number of votes he garnered in the just concluded election.

"Raila Amollo Odinga ako na watu millioni saba wale ambao walimpigia kura. Haiwezekani akae nje na watu milioni saba. Lazima tukae chini tuongee tukuwe pamoja (Raila Amollo Odinga has seven million who voted for him. He cannot be out of government with seven million votes. We have to sit down and talk and be united)," Mpuru Aburu said.
