There was a dramatic Scene at a funeral service in Kiambu county after former governor Ferdinand Waititu engaged a section of Kiambu MCAs led by their majority leader and the Speaker John Ndichu over his impeachment.

The former governor who has since declared interest in getting back his seat took on the leaders arguing that they impeached him yet he stole nothing from the county government.

The controversial politician alleged that he is aware of a Statehouse call that led to his impeachment, he claimed that president Uhuru Kenyatta called the speaker and gave him firm instructions to ensure his ouster.

Waititu further urged the Kiambu residents to vote for him as he is clean and was only a victim of witch-hunt.

In a quick response, the speaker and the majority leader told off the United Democratic Alliance party politician saying that he should deal with his corruption cases alone without dragging other leaders.
