
Speaking in Naivasha, a section of Governors from different counties unanimously agreed that under the former prime minister Raila Odinga's reign, devolution will absolutely be in safer hands than in his competitors.
They pointed out that in the meeting they held with the ODM party leader he assured them that he will ensure that county continue receiving their allocations on time and that his government will enhance a good working relationship with them with a view of making their work a success.

Led by Laikipia Governor, they also agreed to Popularize Raila in their counties so that he gets to win with a lot of ease in the August election. They urged Kenyans to be very careful with the kind of choice they made because it was about their lives. They noted that Kenyans should not agree to be misled by some Raila's competitors who had no agenda at all.
