Fred Ngatia; Form 34A With Jose Camargo's Name On The Public Portal is A Forgery Document

According to lawyer Fred Ngatia, the form 34A with a Venezuelan's name on the background lacks security features.

Raila Odinga's lawyers presented the form from a polling station in Kangema, Murang'a county, to court, claiming it had been tampered with.

Ngatia urged the court to dismiss Raila's lawyers' arguments, accusing them of deceiving the court with a forged form.

During the presidential election petition hearing, the senior counsel for the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) flagged the form 34A with a Venezuelan's name on the background as a forgery.

Despite being found on the agency's portal, Fred Ngatia stated that the form lacked security features.

Raila Odinga's lawyers, Julie Soweto and Paul Mwangi, disapproved IEBC lawyers who argued that no foreigner accessed the commission's system while the polls were underway in a live demonstration at the Supreme Court on yesterday.

However, in Soweto's demonstration, a Venezuelan named Jose Camargo was identified as having involvement in the server.

She referred to the form 34A uploaded from the polling station at Gatharaigu Primary School in Kangema, Muranga county, claiming it was overlaid on another document bearing the name Jose Carmago. In response to Soweto's submission, Ngatia stated that the form was designed to mislead the public.

He claimed that Soweto used a sensational presentation to paint a picture that was diametrically opposed to reality.

"The forms presented by Julie Soweto, bearing the name Jose Camargo, lack IEBC security features. They were designed to mislead and deceive "Ngatia stated.
