In this world, there are many countries whereby politicians are allowed to campaign. Furthermore, some politicians get financial aid from their parties or from well-wishers. Unfortunately, some uses corruption to get money to finance their campaign. According to our constitution, it is a crime to bribe anybody or to receive bribes .
According to the source, Former French President, Nicholas Sarkozy has been found guilty and jailed one year. It has been reported that, Nicholas Sarkozy was found guilty after illegal financing his campaign on 2012. The former president received the sentence today . Furthermore, he can serve the sentence by wearing electronic bracelets at his home. Also it has reported that his co-defendants were found guilty.
This comes in after some cases of corruption have been witnessed in different countries including our country. It is very bad to us public money instead of assisting innocent Kenyans who are sleeping without any food.
This should be a good example to those who are using power badly
