Embakasi East member of parliament Babu Owino was among the mps who stormed out of the parliamentary meeting held in Mombasa over delays in disbursement of National Constituency Development Fund (NCDF).

Taking to his twitter account, the MP said that Government must release the CDF money for them to issue bursaries to children from needy homes. He said, "this must be treated as both important and urgent issue. The mps claim that they have not received the money yet there are few months to the end of the financial year 2022 - 2023.
