Photos Of Billboard Erected In Siaya Welcoming President Ruto Ahead Of His Visit.
A billboard has been erected in Siaya County and it's welcoming the President William Samoei Ruto to the county ahead of his visit where he will grace the thanksgiving ceremony of ICT Cabinet Secretary Eliud Owalo.
The event is expected to take place on Saturday at the home of CS Eliud Owalo in Rarieda constituency.
It's expected that the President will be accompanied by a number of leaders to the event both local leaders and others from other parts of the country.
The billboard that has since gone viral and it bears the images of President Ruto and CS Owalo with welcoming words.
