Former Raila Amollo Odinga's Advisor and Lawyer Paul Mwangi has admitted that he was not satisfied with Chief Justice Martha Koome Ruled out the petition that was filed by Azimio Presidential Candidate against William Ruto's Presidency.
According to Paul Mwangi, who was among a Batallion of forty lawyers that represented Raila Amollo Odinga and his Running mate Hon Martha Wangari Karua at the Supreme Court. He is alleging that Koome and her team cooked the findings to please a certain Political group.
Mwangi states that the terms used by Koome to rule out the Petition, were meant to humiliate the Orange Democratic Movement Party leader Hon Raila. Now, Paul Mwangi wants the Director of Criminal Investigations to investigate Martha Koome on her relationship with President William Samoei Ruto.
Chief Justice Martha Koome dismissed the Evidence that brought before the Supreme Court by the Azimio One Kenya Alliance side, as Forged Documents, which was against the Court's law.
