DP Ruto Given 7 Days to Apologise to Mama Ngina By Nyeri Female Leaders

Deputy president William Ruto has been greatly cornered by Nyeri women leaders who have now demanded an apology from him and his allies over the current happenings in the country.

Led by Nyeri Deputy Governor Carol Karugu, the women have demanded that the deputy president and his allies must offer an apology to the president and his family in 7 days or else they will walk to his offices in Nairobi.

They said that the deputy president's allies had grown horns and that was completely unacceptable since mama Ngina Kenyatta is a respectable lady in the country.

“The only one time we should hear a man mentioning a woman’s breasts is when we are talking about breast cancer. If you are not talking about breast cancer, spare us your nonsense with our breasts and the breasts of your mother,” the deputy governor said.

They told off the leaders noting that if they had been brought up badly, they should not bring the same kind of misbehaviour into the Gikuyu community.

The women have now threatened to walk from Nyeri to the DP’s offices in Karen if there will be no apology. They said this is not the first time mothers are being insulted, adding that politicians have had the tendency of insulting women and said they will no longer seat and watch.

They have also asked Interior and Coordination of National Government CS Fred Matiang'i and his Principal Secretary Karanja Kibicho to make sure they are on high alert against the happenings in the country.
