According to Kipkorir, this comes despite the fact that deputy president William Ruto's United Democratic Alliance movement Party had advertised the rally ahead of the visit by the second in command.
He has since used the photos to try and criticising his fellow learned friend Senior Counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi who had blasted Raila Odinga's Thika mega rally on Saturday.
"Dearest @ahmednasirlaw …. Yesterday, you trolled #AzimioMtaaniThika whole day …. Your party uda had for several days announced mega-rally on Jacaranda grounds today at 10am … It’s now 1:24m & the grounds are empty .. I am told uda scouts are all over buying people to attend."https://t.co/nXV1Ntepop
The second in command will be meeting the people of Nairobi at the Jakaranda Grounds in Embakasi South Constituency on Sunday after having met other Nairobi residents during his tour of the region.
Below are more photos of the alleged Jakaranda Grounds.
