Raila Odinga in his speech assured safety to the four commissioners who separated from the other commissioners and rejected the results announced by Wafula Chebukati.
Raila Odinga said that the figures announced by Wafula Chebukati were null and void, in their view, he said that their is neither a legally, validly declared winner nor a president-elect.

Juliana Cherera who had just addressed the press said that they were not involved in the process of analysing presidential election results. According to Juliana Cherera the election results by Wafula Chebukati the results exceeded the 100% mark. She said that their was an addition of 0.01% which translates to 142,000 votes which made a significant difference in the final presidential election results.
