Several Kenyans can now smile after the first in command has just lifted curfew few hours ago while addressing the nation during the 58th Mashujaa Day celebrations that was held in Kirinyaga County this time round.
The president noted that he made that decision following the cries and pleas from many citizens across the country to lift it.
However, the president said that the nation is still fighting the pandemic and that everyone to continue adhering to the rules and guidelines which were given by the Ministry of Health.
The first in command also congratulated Kenyans for having been patient enough during the tough times of Covid-19. He noted that, Kenyans have been there brothers keepers just the way he asked them to do some months ago.
This decision is now hoped to bring changes and effectiveness in the country's economy. This is because, most of the business which were not operating at night will now start working as normal.
