ODM leader Raila Odinga yesterday visited Mombasa County, with the sole purpose drumming support for His 2022 Presidential aspirations in the midst of the stiff Competition that keeps soaring day in day out. However, His Utterances has since left corrupt leaders trembling and working ways to soil His name and turn Kenyans against Him.
Raila, who was speaking about the corruption cases in the Country that has reached higher limits said that He will make sure that He jails all Corrupt individuals who held public Offices at one time in their lives. Deputy president William Ruto However did not miss in the list as one of the the high ranking government Officials who are being targeted.
The sentiments from the former Prime Minister Has since aroused the angry nature of Tangatanga Allied politicians and close Ruto's confidants including Ahmednassir Abdullahi who since fired back at Raila.
Ahmednassir who Communicated through Twitter shared a headline of a local magazine that confirmed Raila's words. However on the contrary, the Lawyer who sounded pissed off said that Raila should have gone straight to the point by saying that He will be handing over His entire power as the head of State to other Countries and organizations such as the United Kingdom, United Nations, United States of America and other organizations.
He added that Raila who would then be out of power would then head to Prison together with all His allies including the Cabinet Secretaries and allied Mps.
After being tagged on the Lawyer's post, Mohammed Wehliye who is an active supporter of Tangatanga team also joined Ahmednassir saying that Raila's plans to jail the corrupt leaders is just a good move but He should have kept quiet and unveil His plans when He is already in power. He added that all the Corrupt leaders will soon join hands and start fighting Raila Odinga because they have always fought Him for His bravery and urge to send thieves of public money to jail.
Various Tangatanga Mps yesterday dismissed Raila's allegations against William Ruto saying that accusing anyone of being corrupt is an old Campaign Strategy and He should therefore start with a new move and ways to bring down Ruto who has captured public attention and support.
This comes at a time when some of William Ruto's allied Mps such as Mathira Mp Girathi Gachagua have been subjected under checks by the EACC and DCI for allegations of money laundering and accumulation of Public funds without any evidence that they did any developments.
