The deputy president William Ruto Faces a huge dilemma today following his fights and attacks to Uhuru Kenyatta. It's clear the two top most leaders have not been reading from the same script politically with Uhuru seemingly indirectly endorsing Raila Odinga to take over power from him against his deputy. The church has tried to unite them to speak in one voice without success.
However in today's Mashujaa day celebrations, Ruto is supposed to invite Uhuru Kenyatta to speak to the country despite their fallout. It's clear the church has also tried as much as they can to unite this top most leaders without success.
Ruto dilemma in today's Mashujaa day comes from the fact that he will have to invite an hostile boss who want to hear nothing of him. It's a fact Uhuru Kenyatta wants his deputy to resign from his position and he has said that severally publicly.
Clearly Ruto finds himself in between a rock and a hard place today given he has also not seen eye to eye with his hostile boss. It's also clear Uhuru has been organizing a team against Ruto something that has really angered both camps given the unfortunate turn of events.
