Today in the afternoon, reports emerged that the president of the republic of Kenya, Dr William Samoe Ruto has made a sudden visit to the parliament buildings. As seen from the photos that has been shared online, the head of state made his way to the parliament just some few minutes after attending a meeting at KICC grounds.
Now, few minutes after president William Samoe Ruto made this impromptu visit to the parliament, Senator Ledama Ole Kina of Narok county who is also one of the Azimio allies has come out to issue his statement as he Reveals what president Ruto wants.As reported by the kenyans.co.ke, Ole Kina said that the head of state is currently in the parliament buildings because he is in need of a parliamentary system of government. According to Ole Kina, the president cannot just arrive at the parliament. He went ahead to say that BBI should be implemented because it proposed parliamentary system of governance which according to him, Ruto is in need of.
