To become the president of Kenya, you must be accepted by the people of this great nation. Many people are eligible to lead but people elect leaders according to their track record. For anyone to sit on that seat, many Kenyans must have seen your contribution to the country and the impact you have made. This reason gives Johnson Sakaja a chance to become the 6th or 7th president of Kenya.
In an interview held by KTN News, Prof. Peter Kagwanja said that the Nairobi Governor has a chance of becoming the first president of Kenya, who is not a Kikuyu or a Kalenjin. 
Nairobi is the capital city of Kenya, which means all Kenyans will notice every improvement made by their government. Sakaja is dealing with water and garbage problems which will give him a great track record if he succeeds. According to Prof. Kagwanja, making Nairobi a great town and solving its problems gives him a chance to be elected by the people of Kenya.
