The 2022 general elections are nearing and Kenyans will be electing new president, who will take over from President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Among the presidential aspirants that are looking forward to succeed president Uhuru Kenyatta include: The former prime minister Raila Odinga, the UDA party leader Deputy president Willam Ruto, and KAANU party leader Gideon Moi. These three have already unveil their presidential bids. Recent one being the KANU party leader Gideon Moi.
On the other hand, the OKA principals, ANC Leader Musalia Mudavadi and Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka are yet to announce who will carry the flag of the party in the coming election. However, there is allegation that the OKA will be choosing the candidate by the end of this month.
However, the two presidential hopefuls that seem to succeed president Uhuru Kenyatta are the ODM leader Raila Odinga and Deputy President William Ruto, this is according to the Advocate Steve Ogolla.
"In the ballot we will have two candidates, Raila Odinga and William Ruto," Ogolla told Citizen TV.
However, Ogolla alleges that the two (Raila and Ruto) need to court Kalonzo Musyoka and Musalia Mudavadi because they have potential to stop either Raila or Ruto from being the president.
Do you agree with Advocate Steve Ogolla?
