Kitui Governor HE Charity Ngilu has hinted through her official twitter page in response to claims that the second in command of the republic of Kenya William Ruto nearly slapped his boss president Uhuru Kenyatta, for saying what is he didn't like.

Many Kenyans have been criticizing the second in command of the republic of Kenya William Ruto for making such utterances against his boss president Uhuru Kenyatta, especially now that he is looking for the presidency in this year's general elections.

"Tin pot dictator? He wanted to assault President Uhuru Kenyatta, a sitting Commander in Chief? What wouldn’t he do to ordinary mwanachi? Just listen for yourself. The buffoonery". Governor Charity Ngilu wrote.

The second in command of the republic of Kenya William Ruto should come out and denounce such utterances to avoid losing support of leaders and elders in Mt Kenya region.
