
Last week Tuesday president Uhuru Kenyatta led the nation in mourning the late Francis Waititu alias Wakapee in his home area in Juja. The late legislator died of prolonged brain cancer which had taken a toll on him.
One week down the line and his family is battling court cases to control his vast wealth which was left behind by the late legislator. The late had two wives and it has now emerged that the family of the first wife has gone to court to gain access and control of the wealth which according to them, they have been denied access.

The war to control the millions of cash is threatening to split the family which for the longest period of time had been living together in harmony. The case has been filed under certificate of urgency and it might be mentioned this week according to sources placed close to the family.
