According to Kioni the Mt Kenya region will lose 53.4B in a financial year and 267B in five years that would have helped the region to secure quality education for the central Kenya region.
"This 53.4B was an annual allocation, meaning in 5 years Mt. Kenya would have received 267B. This money is not coming from someone's pocket but the government and it is possible," Kioni wrote.
Kioni also demanded the person who said BBI was not good to repent first because he has denied central Kenya children school fees.
"The 53.4B can not be channeled through CDF or Parliament as some people are saying . Parliament has trued over 10 years with no success," Kioni added.
