According to Deputy President William Ruto's announcement, Mwaura will now be in command of the Kiambu UDA campaign team, which would work tirelessly to ensure that Ruto receives votes from the region. Mwaura will also serve as a spokesperson for the disabled community.
Mwaura was also congratulated by DP Ruto for accepting and admitting loss to Ng'ang'a, noting that his acts demonstrate his leadership abilities. The former lawmaker reap big from the camp team led by UDA presidential candidate Dr William Ruto. The Dp welcomed Isaac Mwaura in pertaining his new role. The role which DP said will be of inclusivity to all those living with disability.
