While giving his political views during a News Gang segment on Citizen TV, Linus Kaikai accused Azimio la Umoja leaders of lacking a plan following the things that have been happening recently.

He particularly referred to the events that happened yesterday September 8th at the senate and parliament during the election of speakers.
Linus said, "What we are seeing is lack of a plan for Azimio la Umoja. They did not have a clear path on this game for the control of the parliament. They have sort of given up... The internal structures of Azimio la Umoja are not delivering coherence and strength."

This comes as a surprise because Linus has been known for criticising president-elect William Ruto every time he talks about politics and commending everything that Raila and his team takes part in.
He is one of the journalists who made Kenya Kwanza team and other Kenyans assume that Citizen TV and other Royal Media stations are allied to Azimio la Umoja.
