President Uhuru Kenyatta was addressing the joint parliament today when he suddenly complained the speech was too long.
Uhuru appeared to have realised the MPs were getting bored and he told them he will skip certain parts.
“Najaribu kukatakata jameni, hata mimi nimechoka" he said in a low tone before the myers of the National Assembly burst into laughters.
"I'm determined to tool and re-retool our security resources to the highest standards attainable. This is the only way we will guarantee ‘freedom from fear’ for our people and secure our territorial integrity"
