Ruto's Remarks After Chatting With MPs In Parliament Ahead Of Today's Ruling.

The president of the republic of Kenya William Ruto on Wednesday made a surprise visit to Parliament to have lunch with two speakers of the bicameral House.

Ruto queued with members of Parliament and senators for lunch at the chambers dining area.

While having a hearty chart with the legislators, the head of state was served 'pilau', chicken and assorted vegetables.

Immediately after the meals, he took photos with the staff at Parliament who included chefs and sergeant at arms at the lawns.

He was in the company of statehouse comptroller Kinuthia Mbugua, his director of communication David mugonyi and digital communication strategist Denis Itumbi,

Before leaving, Ruto could be seen interacting freely with honourable babu Owino, Felix odiour, Sara korere, Naomi Waqo, and Martha wangari and other leaders.

Approximately, he spent one hour with mps and left at around 2 o'clock wishing them well in their deliberations.

"Ahsante sana. Thank you very much. Have a beautiful stay", said the president as he headed to his motorcade.

His presence at the august house came at a time when the speaker Moses wetangula is set to make a ruling on which side has a majority.

ODM leaders led by Narock senator ledama ole kina opined that the move by the president could be a way of influencing the decision by wetangula on Thursday.
