On 14th this month was UDA nominations and we are waiting for the results to be released from now where many aspirants will be given the opportunity to fly the UDA tickets for various elective positions. Some of the aspirants were given direct nominations like General Nickson Korir who is currently the Mp for Langata constituency and Paul Mwirigi for Igembe South.
Isaac Mwaura together with Catherine Waruguru has today clear the hair that they won't re-run for their positions on independent tickets claiming that they will support those who were nominated and they will now focus on delivering triumphant victory to William Ruto on August general election.
Today, Nyali member of parliament Hon Mohammed Ali famously known as Jicho Pevu has today reacted to the UDA nominations claiming that he is now ready to campaign for Hassan Omar who is eyeing Mombasa gubenatorial seat under UDA ticket and William Ruto who is eyeing to succeed president Uhuru Kenyatta.
"Congratulations to all UDA victors in nomination. I'm now back from supervising the UDA nominations in Kiambu county. Sasa tunataka kukomboa Mombasa na Hassan Omar and William Ruto. For those who lost in nomination, there is always another chance, let's now team up and focus to redeem this country on August" Mohammed Ali tweeted.
