The member of parliament from Laikipia county has said that the people who heckled and caused chaos to Deputy president William Ruto at Jacaranda must be arrested and be answerable to those who paid them.
On Sunday the Deputy president William Ruto was on his campaign mission of Nairobi County where he was selling his hustler narrative and bottom up approach model of reviving the economy where he later had a rally at Jacaranda grounds but the supporters of Former prime Minister Raila Odinga heckled second in command.
The member of parliament said the culprits were sent by their masters just to disrupt the meeting of DP.
The Deputy president William Ruto also castigated the youths terming it as stupidity of high order.
Laikipia women representative said that any politician has a right to tour any place to sell his agenda without asking permission from anyone.
DPP has said that they have started investigations about the matter.
