Justice Anthony Mrima has summoned IEBC over missing in case involving Mwangi Wa Iria a presidential aspirant who missed IEBC vetting panel. IEBC is supposed to explain on the grounds why they blocked Wa Iria from contesting for the presidency yet he has all the documents.

IEBC blocked Mwangi Wa Iria from contesting for the presidency and they refused to vet him on grounds that he didn't have enough signatures. It's clear his efforts to get clearance fell on deaf ears as he was completely blocked.
Chebukati faces a tough moment given most of the presidential aspirants including Jimmy Wanjigi have sued him. It's a matter that's active in court but Wanjigi has failed to answer to such terming Wa Iria a non starter for he lacks documentations.
As always, let's wait and see of whether Chebukati will present himself to court to answer to court cases against him. Wa Iria has vowed to be in the ballot going into the August 9th polls whether Chebukati likes it or not for he is legally permitted to contest as per the constitution.
