The Orange Democratic Movement led by Raila Odinga and the United Democratic Alliance associated with William Ruto are the two parties highly popular among Kenyans in the upcoming 2022 elections. The two parties are now preparing to be strong and outdo each other by bringing in more politicians into their camps. Today, the ODM party welcomed in new members making the party supporters more excited as the vehicle meant to lead Raila to statehouse is getting stronger.
While taking the news to his social media handles, Raila Odinga revealed how happy he was to welcome the new members on board. All the politicians who defected from ODM to UDA and other parties were welcomed back and new politicians where encouraged to join Raila and support his 2022 presidential bid. According to the privy sourced information, some of these female were from Ruto's camp and they came with UDA shirts proposing that they get burnt
Kenyans have reacted to this information with mixed feelings. According to Rogers Kaptum, who is one of the Facebook users, he allegedly saw a woman in the meeting make a demand that Ruto's UDA shirt be burned. However, due to Raila's respect and lover for Ruto, he declined this idea.
On the other hand, Robert Mwangi was dissatisfied with the political defection of parties. He went ahead to accused Kenyan politicians to lack morals and take the first chance to sell their souls to the highest bidder. See more reactions from Kenyans below.
